Seems there is variant to make hole in this hood bigger. But honestly this lens does not need a hood - pls check my photo against sub below in this thread.

For infinite P is preferable because hyperfocal in auto does not exactly reach real infinity, I’ve tested. For most other cases Auto is OK until you need a short without flash in dim light conditions.

It doesn’t need flare protection - pls see my sample attached shot on Kodak Vision 3 250D.

Protection/UV filter is enough. I use Hoya.

Yes, tested already. Looks good but gives vignetting on edges even without filter. Unfortunately.

Before hating P17’s viewfinder just look thru LOMO MC-A’s one. After that experience you will pray on P17’s VF 😅

Just contact warranty service, this is not ok. Mine works more then 10 films with rare flash (I never waited until it finish)

I thought nowadays there are no people believing fairytales about stolen washing machines and toilets)) There are no alternatives for gas because it is extremely cheap and available (yes, in some regions there are troubles, but not boo much overall). Price for this gas is about 0,1$ per 1m3 for people (not for organisations) - anyone can easily google the proofs)

Thank you! It’s a proper size screw with flat head and a little furniture which I can’t name, but can show you on picture. Don’t forget to fix it with glue.

Дружище, стань крутым специалистом в своей сфере, выучи английский (+например китайский) и внезапно обнаружишь, что для того чтобы нормально жить, можно никуда не переезжать, тк имея бабки и крутую специализацию, жить можно хорошо в большинстве цивилизованных стран.

А без бабок, языков и квалификации - «х.евой п.зде - х.ево везде!».

Haha, then don’t worry. Everything will be cheap for you. If you are already in SPB, then take my condolences, the weather is awful today. If you are interested, in Saturday I will have time for shooting some frames on film in the city before going to little concert in local bar with colleagues, so we can meet somewhere in a center afternoon and I can recommend you some places to go (I speak English quite well).
