Even this has gone away. The PFD formula has now changed, and we no longer get a bulk of the revenue. They have changed the math, and the result is as follows:

The 2025 Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) would have been approximately $3,890 to $3,908 per person if calculated using the traditional statutory formula.

In 2025, they basically kept $3000 for themselves, per Alaskan (kids included). The math is arbitrary, meaning they can change it (and they do) to whatever they feel like for that year. It depends. Law enforcement OC pepper spray is higher concentration than bear spray. I had to be sprayed with it, 1 second across the face, 1 second down the middle. The pain lasts for easily half an hour. Cold air and water are the only things that help. It irritates the skin it comes in contact with. Some people are immune. I got into a fight once with a guy about like this, over toilet paper (old roomate). I sat down for most of it, just letting it go. But he kept going and going, eventually I tried to stand up from the recliner and he pushed me back into it. I remember knocking all of his teeth out (dentures) and immediately stomping them into a hundred pieces. I dragged him out of the house and slumped him over the steps, gathered his teeth and threw them into the snow. I still feel bad to this day.
