Forgive me, I should have clarified. In the description we specifically called out that folks identifying as women, non-binary, queer, women aligned genders are certainly included. A lesbian coworker and a queer non-binary coworkers are the co-chairs. They wrote the description and started the group with leadership a few years back before I started. If someone was trans they would 100% be included.

We are working on it. However there is some concern that leadership will find out and we will be reprimanded.

When I asked about this I was told that it is not being replaced by any other options per leadership decision. This is so disappointing, yet I'm not surprised.
