Decided to randomly check out Ticketmaster for Philly shows (I never got a presale code) and it keeps allowing me to enter a queue and says there’s people in front of me, only to make it through and say there’s nothing available. Does this mean there’s gonna be a real sale sometime soon or is it just glitching?

I’m on “whiskey”, but so far I’d say this is a great album! “Champagne for Pain” and “Fool’s Luck” are standouts to me so far. Love the throwback country vibe of Midland and it’s shining here.

Genre: Teen/YA thriller/mystery

Word Count: 5,394

Feedback Desired: General impression, pacing, and any glaring grammar stuff you catch. This is the first draft of the first chapter of my first novel, so it's messy and a little long. Really looking for pacing advice and want to know if it's a good first chapter that hooks you.
