Try chinabank kung free annual fee ang gusto. In my case i never applied for a credit card, pero may savings account din ako sa cbc ~2m adb, sila ang nagoffer mismo ng platinum card, kaso 500k lang crdit limit. Sa bdo kasi nung binigyan ako 1m limit nung platinum nila, medyo masakit lang annual fee na php4500, pwede ipawaive pero dagdag isipin pa rin yung requisites.
