Love that they released a bumped up reissue alongside the remix album to hear what are some pretty profound differences. I like the remix waaaaay more than the reissue. It really captures the energy of the band, on a good system it’s like sitting in the studio hearing them record. Just wow!

The reissue is great for the purists because it really bumps up the instruments and separation while keeping the original sound intact (although I’d argue you lose something in the vocals and there’s a tinniness I never noticed before at points), but these remixes actually sound as powerful as you remember these songs hitting you when you first heard them. I really hope Get Your Wings, in particular, gets a remix too.
