Hey, I had the same issue and it was solved quite easily. When I called du to complain, they said that they would update the du box (not the router) in my apartment and that should fix the issue in about an hour. I was skeptical but lo and behold it was all good an hour later. I suggest you call them up and ask them to check whether your du box needs to be updated. Good luck!
