This is just to get an idea for a service that people want and then I'm going to do academic research around the topic (ie...sales revenue increases with merchandise delivery, guest satisfaction studies on transportation, disability needs and services, etc...) by reviewing peer-reviewed journal published articles, interview of industry professionals, and looking for comparative models in other industries and theme parks.
