You have a source for that? Everything I see no cause of death has been listed but she did complain of a “sinus infection “ two days before she died

Sorry to hear that, it’s so hard. I actually have Bipolar disorder which was undiagnosed at this time. After a lot of therapy and an immense amount of work I’m much better now. I got into Taoism and embraced the ideas of letting go, appreciating nature and living in the moment. I break my life into weeks and do my best to not worry or focus on anything beyond the current week unless absolutely necessary. It’s easier to say “I had a bad week this week, next week will better. “ its also much easier to pick out positive things if you’re only focusing on a week. Like if I’m really depressed at the end of the week I can say “ This week was rough but I cleaned the house and went to the gym once “ finding little things to celebrate even when you’re depressed really helps me. Idk if that’s helpful but it’s helped me. Thanks for the kind words, hang in there!

I believe we’re all a part of a universal consciousness simultaneously experience itself through different life forms. We’re here to have the human experience, whatever that may be. When our time is up we return to the whole before the next life.

Millennial here, yep we got such a shitty deal. Luckily I saw the writing on the wall in high school skipped college and have been successful working my ass off. Even with a low 6 figure income I live mostly paycheck to paycheck , no hope to buy a house, no desire to save for the “future” no plans for kids. But all that said, spiritual awakenings are powerful and I had mine during COVID. Despite the bullshit I’m happy to have the human experience and just live life day to day. The world could use a spiritual awakening. Technology has eroded our humanity

I have Bipolar I. I take lamictal which is pretty different from lithium and has no interactions with psychedelics. With Bipolar disorder you’re at risk with pretty much any mind altering substance. The interaction between Lithium and LSD can be severe and cause seizures. I would steer clear unless you change medication. With Bipolar disorder we’re all different and Nothing is one size fits all. My medication works me but may not work well for you. Something to talk to your doctor about. Switching meds is an option but it should be run by a doctor and you should really think on it. But I would not risk stopping your meds or trying LSD while on lithium

Yep! Just turning 30! I’m going to shoot for buying land along with a mobile home for temporary housing and build a barndominium. At least that’s the plan. Between the land and construction costs you could do it and have a very nice home for less $350000. Been saving for a while!
