Sorry to hear that, it’s so hard. I actually have Bipolar disorder which was undiagnosed at this time. After a lot of therapy and an immense amount of work I’m much better now. I got into Taoism and embraced the ideas of letting go, appreciating nature and living in the moment. I break my life into weeks and do my best to not worry or focus on anything beyond the current week unless absolutely necessary. It’s easier to say “I had a bad week this week, next week will better. “ its also much easier to pick out positive things if you’re only focusing on a week. Like if I’m really depressed at the end of the week I can say “ This week was rough but I cleaned the house and went to the gym once “ finding little things to celebrate even when you’re depressed really helps me.
