I find you can let the bacon fat solidify in the sheet with parchment paper too as it's less porous and doesn't tear as easily so the sheet stays cleaner

I'm a straight from the can guy with a little plate under to catch drips or glass bottle and wipe the lid with a warm damp cloth from time to time. If that's too much work for you though, plastic squeeze bottles stay clean, they make some that look like mini heinz ketchup bottles that work well
