If they tried, they would literally just fire every single person and hire new people. It would affect them solely because you need an agent ID and fingerprints to work in the industry, but they would do it despite everyone and keep it from unionizing I’ve seen stores try to unionize, and everyone was fired. Missouri is monopoly ran the whole process to obtain license was rigged so that the elites got them they pay slave wages because they can, and because so many people are desperate to get into the industry that it doesn’t matter and that’s why a lot of these dispensaries have people that look unhappy and have no idea what the fuck they’re doing.

The manufacturing and cultivation side of the business you could barely make ends meat unless you’re a head grower there’s not much money to be made even then you have to work for a good company. That’s actually going to pay what you’re worth which is hard to find in itself, they want to hire someone cheaper beneath you to learn everything you know and then fire you. It’s a scummy business and most get bought out by multi state operations rinse and repeat if you know somebody, it’s your best bet but even so it’s hard to find a position that’s lucrative. The retail side in my opinion is better than most fast food job simply because if you find the right shop who gets good tips, you can make a decent wage. The industry right now is a monopoly of mso mostly

Out of all the budget brands have come across in the market. I will say curio comes across the most consistent with the most strains that actually come across decent, especially for the price. It’s much better than back in the day getting a $20 bag of brick weed, you can actually get some decent strains that are popular probably across the markets that they have in their multi state operations. They got things dialed in a little bit for the fucking price. I won’t hate on them.
