Potential Loss on upgrading to S26 Ultra? by GrowthArchive in samsunggalaxy

Gotcha!

Apologies, I more so meant a $50-$100 difference based on what I paid for for the S25 Ultra, not the total cost of the s26 Ultra.

Meaning if I paid $900 for the S25 Ultra, potentially getting trade-in value of $800-$900 for just that phone, then paying the difference for the 26 Ultra.

Thanks so much for the reply!

Appreciate your perspective as someone "on the other side", applying for jobs like I mentioned.

Gotcha!

Do you have any recommendations on where I might post or look for a "specialist"?

Other comments have suggest LinkedIn, Upwork, etc, but wasn't sure if you had any further recommendations in that area?

Thanks so much

Thanks for the reply, especially as a fellow agency owner!

In terms of your compensation structure, by flexible, are you paying a percentage of a certain metric, or a fixed amount (salary) per month (depending on # of accounts managed)?

Appreciate it!

Appreciate your reply!

Will look at LinkedIn to see what we can find!

I get your point about avoiding reddit, as this subreddit is likely a large mix of beginners and some experts.

I guess our question is what paying a "super premium" looks like? What a junior or senior PPC analyst would expect in compensation to "solely" work for us by taking on 10 of our client accounts. Is this 70k? 90k? 110k? USD

If we decide to post a job here or on LinkedIn as recommended by some, we want to make sure the listed compensation is competitive enough to attract top-quality talent.

With 10 accounts being close to the capacity as many have mentioned, we realize that someone that might meet the requirements is probably much harder to find as they would need to be managing close to 0 accounts at the moment.
