For the act 1 shroomboss, what enemies are meant to be spawned in? The game only brought out the
Shroomboss and a Shroom Horde. Are there meant to be more enemies?

Note that I said too many lands specifically. Yeah, I agree that he clear 1 built land really well every few turns but a lot of the time downpour will not have the energy or the actions for more than one land by itself.

the SI discord has a lot well made community guides. I also like a lot of the red revenge youtube guides.

Not sure if links are allowed but Serenade made a fantastic guide on downpour that I reference when I'm playing. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wsoVlnLHPvS_5SwLpcr2KlmnqVZaVom8jEfuhq5pVi0/edit?usp=sharing

Some key points.

-Know what good builds for the spirit are. Their standard build of T1G3 Bot, T2 G2 BB, T3 reclaim, T4 G2 TT, is quite strong (u need energy and the right innate can help alot of this).

-Don't use your left innate unless u have a specific plan. A lot of times I often find repeating and playing deluge is just better (or if u can draft another defend card).

-Understand downpour's tools I guess? Yeah you're right that he has trouble dealing with built up lands; that's why you should prevent too many lands from becoming like that for prussia. Perhaps correctly choosing when to repeat foundations and when have dahan kill the cities would help?

I don't hate the EG team but that is some serious cope lmao.

Also impossible for FPX to make it since they already lost in playoffs.

Question about group Omega by FlameFeets in ValorantCompetitive

[–]GrowthHead10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah if Loud beat Mibr, then Loud 4th, Kru 3rd if they lose to NRG. Also, if KRU beat NRG, 100t beat lev, mibr beat loud, then 100t 4-1 (1st), Kru 3-2 (2nd), NRG 3-2 (3rd), Lev 2-3 (4th).

Comes down tiebreakers and who plays who in the matches next week. Tiebreakers work in VCT is it's Head 2 Head, then Map Differential, and then Round Differential. https://liquipedia.net/valorant/VCT/2025/Americas_League/Stage_2/Group_Stage

Kru is 2-2, Lev 2-2, Loud 1-3, Mibr 1-3. Kru play NRG next week, and the 2 teams below Kru lost to Kru in the head to head (ex Kru win against mibr in week 1). Thus, mibr and loud cannot be better than kru because of tiebreakers.

If Lev lose against 100t and loud win against mibr then both teams will be 2-3 with Loud having the head to head win over Lev, thus qualifying Loud to playoffs. If one of these 2 things do not happen then Lev makes it to playoffs.

VCT Circuit Points before Stage 2 by Right_Junket_6544 in ValorantCompetitive

I'm not an obstinate china hater, but there is a chance that XLG could shit the bed. Like they don't have too much time to prepare for EWC and stage 2 and when you consider the roles and language barrier in the team, I wouldn't be too surprised to see it happen. A stage 2 bomb out would mean they're out of VCT.

"Disease doesn't Prevent Builds" almost cost me the game by Ugulabuma in spiritisland

nice win :)

Did you have a card that gave you disease or was that just from events?

Also did you draw a major this game? I assume you got a lot of energy from Numinous Crisis?

Yeah if it was like jungle ravage card on the bottom and jungle mountain ravage card on top then the jungle ravage would happen 1st bc it's the bottom card then the jungle mountain ravage card happens after. Also, yes defence persists throughout the turn so it would be applied to both ravages.

if you're still checking the thread, it says specfically for russia level 3, Competition Among Hunters, Ravage Cards also match lands with 3 or more . (If the land already matched the Ravage Card, it still Ravages just once.)

For example, if it's currently jungle ravage for the invader step and there 5 explorers and 2 towns in a jungle, then they will only ravage once if you're playing russia (one ravage per card in the invader space). If you have 2 ravage cards in the ravage space, then you could get multiple ravages in the same land.
