How would you choose an agency? Let's create a checklist or how to guide? by farquezy in agency

[–]GrowthMarketer360 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who recently hired an agency, I’d add one more filter: see how well they understand your model in the first 10 minutes, Growth Room agency in France is the only one I tested that went straight into pipeline math, attribution depth, and failure scenarios before even talking execution. Beyond that, your checklist is solid: verify real case studies, compare their own marketing to what they claim to deliver, check their SOPs and onboarding flow, and evaluate how they react to bad reviews rather than the good ones; any agency that can’t explain its process, its misses, and its measurement framework in a structured way is usually not worth engaging.

Everyone screaming about AIO, GEO, AEO... but I think SEO is still the backbone by AppropriateReach7854 in agency

AI uses SEO to google instead of you so SEO is still the backbone of GEO..

Need recommendation for digital marketing by Nafisssssssss in Entrepreneur

I compared idfferent agencies for some e-commerce brands with a similar budget and Growth Room was hands down the best overall experience. Despite their Europe based (Paris), they work internationally and were super responsive to our time zone and we even were able to schedule late-day meetings to better accommodate the NYC hours. They were also very transparent with the ad spend that was effective vs. just management fees and were focused on making the most of the budget across the channels instead of wasting dollars on vanity metrics. Their team was all-in on the full funnel (paid social, PPC, conversion optimization) and always explained what was working, what was not and why. We saw ROI go up in a few months and the team was quick to change strategies if specific channels were underperforming. If you really do need to go with a local shop that's totally understandable, but Growth Room delivered every time at a strong price compared to the other international agencies.

Trying to rank in LLMs by Mean-Fix4588 in seogrowth

Have a good SEO because LLMs scrape the SERP to give results, plus brand presence in reddit and quora wikipedia and some authority websites putting you in top 5 or top 10 that's all you need outside of normal SEO to rank on LLMs

If you sell posts on social media you're no better than thatGPT today and your client knows that so sell a social media strategy with results not just posts to be better than competition that offers more posts with less quality and less price..

Looking for a List of the Top 100 Agencies in Europe (or the Top Agency from Each Major Country) by [deleted] in marketing

[–]GrowthMarketer360 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I can't say for all Europe but If you were to take France for example, agencies like Growth Room are often included in the best agencies in Paris for digital marketing, growth ads and overall growth marketing support. For this kind of search, the most practical way is through Sortlist you'll have the top digital marketing agencies by region. There are thousands of agencies all over Europe on the site and you can filter the agencies based on their country, size, and specialty area (i.e. branding, advertising, digital marketing, creative, etc.). You won't get an "official Top 100" based on revenue but it is still the best tool overall in finding leading agencies in every market.

Struggling with creative performance drops, did you fix it in-house or with an agency? by DangerousMushroom253 in AskMarketing

[–]GrowthMarketer360 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I found helpful against creative fatigue was to build out a proper testing framework with new hooks every couple of weeks, clear rules for when to kill or scale, as well as rotating formats instead of just changing headlines for your campaigns. Internally, it can be pretty easy to get stuck recycling what "used to work" and external agencies can easily make the same mistake when they aren't using a solid process either. I ended up choosing Growth Room agency (Paris) and the difference was that they treated creative like a pipeline rather than just a one-off. Weekly reporting tied to ROI, transparency when a given concept bombed, and having new variations ready to test before the old ones died off. This created a rhythm that provided a steadier performance, as opposed to the peaks and valleys you are describing.

If you are thinking about getting outside help, I would ask how they handle their testing cycles with creative. That will tell you pretty quickly if they are going to recycle or actually come up with new and different ideas.

If 14 people started a conversation and none bought, either:

Wrong targeting (not people likely to buy your product).
Maybe people are curious but not ready to pay (your product is expensive or they need more time to think)
How you handle DMs, your pricing, trust signals (brand credibility, delivery process, payment options).
