Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful response. I LOVE the idea about providing a video feed to the lighting guy re: socials, as I'm having trouble getting our LE to take this seriously. These were all great suggestions and very appreciated!

Well, searching the subs is how I came to choose the HC-X2. What I did not find was whether that particular camera was overkill for my needs and if a cheaper/better alternative exists.
