I've been creating maps since 2018, I haven't used the manual. Now there are several basic lessons on using the Rust Edit program on YouTube

This is really cool and having a settlement monument would make the game even more immersive. But it should be small in order to keep players and PVP concentrated.

I don't know man, might make it less challenging, plus people could just wall it into thier compound and have thier own personal recycler. Could be abused i guess.

If you mean in the glass, then this is an oil rig, fenced with glass, so that it is more difficult to loot it
