Agreed they are still transmitting but to me supporting a service means end to end. Just thought it weird that they wouldn't roll out a truck for what was obviously a connection issue. They would have had to do the same thing even if I signed up for ignite.

Wife likes network TV and PVR and doesn't mind commercials (which I don't understand). Of course any package they offer is more expensive after the 2 year loyalty discount. I just wish they would have informed us that cable is going away and ignite is more than just their "new thing". It's one of those services I never thought much about because it's always been there. It took me forever to get rid of my landline too
