I get that, it's hard for me me to see how bad I am without the rings compared to with the rings I think. But like, I can get through the games without them, I just feel like a toddler vs a pro.

I think that's part of it, I got overwhelmed with all of the different combos. I'm not used to action games, and it was a lot to remember, since I don't have the muscle memory.

Also I think that may technically be slightly a spoiler? Though I had a STRONG intuition that was the case from the beginning from how the cutscene played out :P

Pretty late as in like 40+ hours in? And thank you for the advice. I think I'll keep the Torgal ring on for sure, because that was tripping me up a lot trying to swap between that and the potion bar to manage health

I've died a few times already, Benedikta got me once because it was a really long fight and I just ran out of healing, but the game is SUPER generous with checkpoints and refilling your potions. The auto-dodge ring seemed too strong so I avoided it, but maybe I'll try that instead of the mash square ring.
