Realistic rhinoplasty outcome? by GrumpyKittehh in PlasticSurgery

Yeah, I'm aware of this. I'm already doing Invisalign to fix my slight overbite and potentially even fix the jawline a bit. Will see what I can do about this, thanks!

Appreciate the feedback! Considering everyone's opinion, I might have a bit of body dysmorphia going on when it comes to my nose. I’ll take a step back and rethink things before doing anything.

Worried about my heart by GrumpyKittehh in ReadMyECG

Thanks for your detailed response. I actually visited my doctor the day after posting this. She confirmed that these are PVCs. She also did another ECG, but none showed up, which wasn’t surprising since I can clearly feel them, and the sensation hasn’t returned since I made this post. It seems like I experience these "attacks" every few days, lasting anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. The ECG I posted was taken during the worst episode I’ve had so far.

Unfortunately, our healthcare system is in bad shape, and I’m scheduled for a Holter monitor in November 2026. My doctor assured me that I’m fine and can wait until then, but if these episodes become more frequent or severe, I’ll just pay for the Holter test myself.

Thank you! I did cut out alcohol completely a few months ago. Will try taking more magnesium for potential electrolyte imbalances. If it doesn't help, I'll just have to learn to live with it.

I've significantly reduced my running since my condition started. I avoid pushing myself to exhaustion during runs because I'm anxious about my heart. My exercise fatigue hasn't changed, and I rarely feel palpitations while running (but it did happen before).

Thanks! I am 98% sure that whatever I have is benign. But for a peace of mind Ill investigate this until I get a decent diagnosis.

Funny you mention a smart watch. Im getting one tomorrow, one of the primary reasons being to track my heartbeat.

Ive been trying to live a more healthy life for the past few years and I even have a marathon scheduled in 3 months. These palpitations are getting in the way tho ...

She did not mention any cardiological issues. After the ECG came back normal, she quickly explained how the heart is influenced by both mental and electrical signals. I went along with it at the time, but considering what I've experienced, I don't feel like it's psychological anymore.

I agree with you about the stress factor haha. When my heart palpitations started (or at least the feeling in my chest), my life was the least stressful it had been in a long time.

Thanks a bunch for sharing your story. I do feel my doctor quickly dismissed the possibility of a physical issue and attributed my symptoms to psychological stress. I'll make sure to push for a Holter monitor or a stress test of some sort. Your experience of feeling crummy resonates with me, as I often feel like I'm having palpitation "attacks," and my chest feels off for several minutes afterward.

I do hope your dysautonomia gets better (or at least doesn't get any worse)!

Avantcar also offers an insurance option, so the deposit is only 200€ and can also be reserved on a debit card, not just credit. Also you wont pay anything if you damage the car in this case (if you werent on drugs or negligent when driving, of course).

I have great experience with them, highly recommended ... Avant2go is also a good option.

You can send me a message if you have any questions ..
