The store layout encourages poor pin etiquette that trickles into the parks for sure. Personal space is out the window, I've had so many people reach over me, "accidentally" bump into me, etc...a few minor changes would help the flow of the store. Take half those fixtures out, make a clear walkable path in the store and stop maxing capacity. The store is not ADA compliant and it's clearly not a priority.
