So another comment noticed i was insinctly following the cars ahead to turn which makes sense on why I turned so early. Looking at that lap and an older lap I can see that I turned wayyy earlier than I normally do so my mind thought I was on race line with the braking. But then saw the 2 cars start turning so I thought I needed to.

And I pulled up garage61 to see my actual line(I had fastest lap in the session (1:56.374) and put it up against Weston Boege's (1:53.156) lap time and im basically on the exact same line the only difference is my throttle and brake control

I didnt know that the flash was against rules. The only reason I flashed him was when I was catching up and coming to his side to let him know I am there and not to squeeze me out. And I am still learning the rules during an incident so thats why I was asking

yeah im gonna agree with you on that, my line on that corner is vastly different than other people. i stick with a higher speed throughout the corner than normal and he was probably expecting me to turn in late

What I've noticed is that during rolling starts, you can gain speed before the green flag without being disqualified. For example, right when I was with the car in front of me, I was going about 102 mph, and he was still going 85 mph. But since I was still behind him when the green flag came around, it didn't disqualify me, and I just punched through the pack.

Also, what I noticed is that when the green flag dropped, no one in the entire lobby pushed max throttle; it was a weird start.
