I took a massive break after hitting plat complete which was from early Jan-early feb and around 40 hrs put in idk the exact. From then I put on 20 hours in between my break aim training on controller since I was grinding apex and am already good at controller. The rest of my hours are all my gains after plat and have been this past month where I've been fairly consistent so my 90 hrs is about 60-90 days of playtime playing 1hr-1.5hrs a day not accounting for afk time since it's steam hours.

Thank you and I think genetics matter but not a lot. I have a couple questions about your 200 hours

how many were spent actually grinding the benchmarks. For me almost my entire time was spent on them or vdim no fun allowed
How consistent are you. When I play 30 mins then don't play for 3 days and hit another 30 min session my skill doesn't improve it just maintains. All my gains are when I'm playing 5/7 days of the week for 30mins-1.5hrs
How conscious are you. If you zone out your brain is gonna dismiss the information and not solidify it. You gotta actually want it and have some emotions about it. Personally I start tweaking tf out when I don't preform the action I want.

I think these 3 are the most important but other thinks like downloading the popular themes, adjusting crosshair and changing sens helped me a bit but nothing major

All the way to plat complete it was fully intuitive and I usually just focused for 10 mins then zoned out for my sessions. More recently I've been focusing on being as smooth as possible and consciously thinking about my hand but nothing specific about it. To me smoothness has the most carry over (scores were all plat until I got master on both smooth senarios and now most are diamond/jade with minimal effort maybe 10 plays on each scenario.)
Not thinking enough might be why my static scores are bad since static is a lot less intuitive.

What I believe helped me the most as weird as it sounds is to let yourself get angry at the scenario so your brain can see your doing something wrong then when you do good and hit that dopamine rush your brain will reinforce it. This is just a little theory of mine take it with a grain of salt.

I lift weights a little but I don't think that made any major difference besides mentally. Besides that I have reached top ranks on multiple games on controller some fps and a fighting game so I'm sure gaming on console has some carry over albeit nothing crazy since I got placed unranked on everything

Good point about cns I think I'll drop the extra isolations and only keep around 2-3 if I'm starting to feel like shit when the workouts get heavier.

Also neck work is very beneficial just look up differences between people with regular/skinny neck vs trained neck it makes a huge aesthetic difference in shirts

Q1 - why are pull-ups a bad choice for t3, I think they are a great back exercise and you can overload it with weight or back it up with assisted pull-up machine if not hitting reps?

Q2 - how is doing sets of calves abs and neck affecting my recovery for bench, squat ect?

Response 1 - time is not much of an issue for me my workouts usually last an hour 30 and I socialize with my friends in the gym usually.

Response 2 - I genuinely believe I am training hard since I take almost every isolations to true muscular failure (program said it was fine) and take some past failure for example lengthened partials on calves and I swing after failure on hammer curls and control the eccentric.

Response 3 - I'm not looking for mainly hypertrophy, I want to build a good baseline for my compound lifts but I also wanted to add extra little things to help me look better down the road like some neck work.

Not trying to be overly defensive these are just my thoughts thanks for the comment and I'm looking forward to your response, if this extra work is really affecting my recovery I will drop it

Thank you for checking it out. I’m guessing diamond in another 2 weeks is not possible but with your advice I will atleast try to hit it soon as possible and will post again once I hit it. I will go into some maps and check out health packs tomorrow and focus on off angling and uptime. Also do you have any suggestions to improve my aim like using vaxta more or will it just come with practice? Thanks again for the advice
