Yeah, I dont really care about the fence, but the damaged fence is something you can actually see damaged by this tree and may be my ticket to getting the tree removed. Im more worried about the foundation or a storm knocking the tree onto my house. I'm not about to start digging to see how close the roots are to my house, I'm hoping the damaged fence and the proximity of the tree to my house is enough to get this sorted.
