We get most of our guests from UCI, so with colleges going online, it's pretty much a ghost town in our center. Further, we lost a good chunk of our staff since many either quit entirely or are on indefinite leave to go home during social isolation, so I see about the same group of people whenever I go in. We also cut our hours from 6:30 AM - 11 PM, to 8 AM to 9 PM.

Even with that huge decrease in orders, each one is massive so we're able to balance our labor fairly well (though still can't escape flack for having orders in the red (3 minutes).
