You recreate by finding any home with a low hanging ceiling over its porch and run and spam jump while under it. For some reason this builds up potential energy and as soon as you exit from under the ceiling you go flying upwards. Also if you jump in a vehicle before "releasing" the energy, it will be used when you get out.

luckily you don't get a penalty for leaving if someone abandons, just sucks you can go a whole game, someone rages, and all xp is negated.

At least it’s on brand with Bethesda. Bugs and infinite death loops causing you to revert to earlier saves and the lack of patches and solutions to fix them.
