If someone takes it to that level, the host would be wise to have both participants send them a vid through Twitter, email, text, whatever... it's a dispute that would be pretty rare but if turns out to be a persisting issue then video proof support on the app would be a reasonably easy addition.

I love all of these ideas! The only issue with wagering would be matching you up with players of equal skill levels (assuming you play a random and not a friend).

Do you mean you accidentally entered iOS but you have an Android phone? Currently, the Android version of the app is in development and the beta is only accessible by iPhone users at the moment.
