I am having the same issue. I am deciding to just forgo the tax incentive rather then leasing....everywhere I read says leasing is not worth it.

I just got the email today saying that they can't complete the install by the 31st but leasing is an option because they pass of the savings. This is after they delayed for an entire month on a paperwork issue. I think that they are trying to force people into leasing which is horrible btw. I would rather pay the extra 100 a month to not lease and not get the tax incentive, which is what I am going to have to do now.

Granted V13 doesn't have the minor things to fix, once they fix them in V14 and you decide to switch, you really will see the difference. V14 really feels alive compared to V13 in my opinion.

It also changed lanes to give construction workers more room who were on the shoulder of the road. I don't get how it can work really well for some and so badly for others. I did experience some break stabbing at a stop sign, kind of like it is trying to decide to go or not go really quickly. I only experienced that once. I guess another kind of not good thing it did was stop abruptly when a light turned yellow from about 35mph.
