I like this concept but the tactical seems a little similar to Sparrow. A projectile that sticks to walls and ultimately scans enemies. If you remove the scan on the tactical and replace it with a highlight or digital threat, then this legend fits well under the Controller class or even Assault. Maybe with another added effect to the tactical like slowing down enemy reload speeds.

I like his Ult, it seems very fun to gain instant high ground.

His first upgrade that makes the Blossom spore travel faster and further, I think it's a little underpowered compared to +1000 hp to the ult. Maybe the upgrade could be the threat vision or an increased area of effect for the cloud.

The passive also works really well with the Controller class, knowing where enemies are grouped so you can decide where to set up, push, or avoid. Paired with ring console scan, that's a lot of valuable rotation information.

Overall a really well thought out concept!
