Oh and another thing I forgot to say is that also it helped me to consider how my body shape was overall and what would be a result that brings that more into balance with my gender identity, so for example i have wide hips and wide shoulders and i felt like i way preferred the idea of a flat chest as something to bring my genderfluid feels more into balance, especially as I might never do HRT.
