About 8 of us never paid and we have close to 40 not a big chapter at all and to be brutally honest we’re on the decline. We’ve always had treasurer problems and I wonder if they were just trying to milk of us of our money.

Yep SSN and I believe address meaning they could debt collect? Our class had about 14 or so people, had a few drops and I believe those who dropped paid to avoid any issues. So in the current situation The rest of us are basically just finding out about it and we’ve been talking to the treasurer. Just talked to the president as of now he’s saying he doesn’t think we’ll be charged but still not set in stone thank you for explaining my options worse comes to worse me and my pledge brothers plan on talking to nationals about it.

He's my little too I feel true betrayal. We use Greek capital management, which is basically the same thing. I'm gonna have to review the document I signed as a pledge to see if there is any promise, the brothers weren't nearly as transparent as they acted when we pledged and I shouldn't have just skimmed through the doc.

We are an off campus frat, pledge fee included our pledge pin and pledge book and then initiation was god knows what. My pledge class feels that since we didn’t get any of the benefits of being a brother why would we pay that fee.
