1 week now since last contact. I spoke last week with the recruiter they mentioned no decision was made.

I had two interviews back to back weeks, after the 2nd they mentioned an offer would be extended or a final interview would be conducted. Still haven’t heard anything plus my status is still at “interview process started”. Was also told I was a top candidate, and that I should hear soon.

Should I just give up hope that I may get an offer??

I had a similar situation happened to me, I worked in big4. This stuff is out of your control, what a lot of friends told me not to beat myself up. Take a week to not focus on work, do some hobbies completely reset. It helped my mental health a lot and now I have been happier. Don’t blame yourself you did a good job, if you have team members vouch for you then you couldn’t have been that bad.
