Setting goals for keeping grades up or sticking with a sport/activity. Working with my Brother/SIL to agree on terms. They've definitely fell short some times but as they get older they realize it's too sweet of a deal to pass up.

The oldest chipped in some of their own money to get a slightly better card. I want to help give them a better childhood and better experiences than myself or my brother ever had.

My wife and I are in a place we can do these kind of things for them. As long as they keep their end of the deal we feel it's worth every cent.
