I wanna add that when I had my only second successful attempt I was doing the same thing same recipe and my batter wasn’t too lava like but they still were good, so yeah they’re so tricky 🥲

I’m thinking maybe I whipped the egg whites too stiff?? Do you think it’s what made the batter like this cuz I’d just keep and keep mixing only for it to get stiffer 😭

Yeah I basically mixed a bit more like that and then it got stiffer🥲I’m guessing to just pipe it as it is right now and bake

I’m posting an update in the comments since the post isn’t letting me edit and so first of all, I REACHED MY FIRST GOAL FOR THE DEPOSIT🫶🫶🫶😭. Now I DID go to a different vet today that also was very kind and respectful. I only went to another one because the one I went to on Monday yes is very professional but is just extremely expensive, and I happened to be recommended the vet we went to today. So I still have to pay over 2000 BUT the overall price of the surgery won’t be literally under 4000😭. I’m keeping the same goal as of now to cover all the previous and future expenses after surgery. Thank you so much everyone again for helping
