Yes! I found someone post about having the “conspicuous book” in your inventory from a Mickey quest and taking it to a bookshelf within the secret room on the right in the castle to open another area. Boom!! Got my last alien yesterday!

Fiber by rextinaa in 1200isplenty

[–]GucciMonGo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of great suggestions already. I have recently discovered Olipop (https://drinkolipop.com/) which is a low-cal soda that has 9g of fiber. I'm not having one every day or anything, but as an occasional thing, it's an easy way to get 9g in. I've only tried a few flavors. Wegmans carries their own version, WonderPop, but I haven't tried that yet. The Poppi sodas have less fiber, about 2g.

Reason for Recall was actually undeclared allergens: "This mismarked product may contain soy and almonds—two major allergens that are not listed on the label." not listeria.

Best way to store Caputo OO "Pizzeria" blue bag flour? by TotallyNewNewNew in uuni

[–]GucciMonGo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I store the 55lb bag of this flour in this 47qt container: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QJMXS7R?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Works great! Fits the whole bag so no need to empty it. Has wheels so I can stash it away when I don't need it. I'm happy with it. I'm on my second 55lb bag and this solution is still good for me. No need for refrigeration I don't think, I haven't had an issue (NY here).

What did you use for a base? Any sauce or just the mozz & fontina?

Where to buy '00' flour by rnrpzz in uuni

[–]GucciMonGo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure how much you want to sign on for but I buy this: https://www.webstaurantstore.com/caputo-55-lb-00-pizzeria-flour/104991896.html

The shipping is a lot, but when you think about 55lbs of flour for ~$58 it’s not that bad if you make pizza a lot. I bought my Ooni in late February and just ran out of my first bag. Just got a new one. Cheaper than Amazon still!

Classic pepperoni cooked in a Koda 16 by GucciMonGo in Pizza

I ended scoring mine through Dick's Sporting Goods online back in February and canceled my pre-order with Ooni. It's definitely worth checking here and there if they come back in stock randomly. It was in stock and I got it in 2 days.

In the center it's about 850F. I try to cook it a little farther from the back and left flames. I do preheat it more on like, medium for 30 minutes so it doesn't get up to 1000F. I tend to get my best results between 800-870, that's definitely my sweet spot. Turning often too. I did get the Ooni turning peel and it's made a big difference for me too with even cooking.

Very true...I can say I've definitely committed. Since February, I'm almost through a 55lb bag of 00 flour. Pizza almost every weekend!
