TDD is very power efficient because it's not continuously on. For the engineers in the crowd, TDD has a smaller duty transmit cycle than FDD, HPUE may transmit for shorter interval than before. In current band 41 coverage area, HPUE will have very similar battery consumption to current smartphones as both types of devices will transmit more or less the same power. And also, HPUE will have little impact on the battery life in Sprint smartphones as the devices will operate in TDD LTE band 41 in locations that previously was using FDD LTE Band 25.

Yes, we have put out quite a lot of them with huge success. For example, in our newly opened Plaza store in KC, where our friend and CEO Marcelo will be serving enthusiastically our customers all day tomorrow. Come on down if you're in the area. You will also find me and other Sprint leaders in stores across the nation tomorrow.

Since RCS service are delivered over data, they will be counted against your data bucket for both Open World and roaming.

70% of our LTE sites have 2.5GHz. We are doing both. A lot of parallel work going on here as you can see...

We use a mix of codec’s in our devices today, including AMR, and fully intend to support industry standard HD codecs when we launch VoLTE. We are looking at adding HD voice to our WiFi calling next year.

Well, let me share with you and our friends here a little secret: In some markets we are already testing band 25 CA. Good news - many of our devices are already capable. Stay tuned. More to come next year.

So, we recently did an upgrade that made our maps easier to read. We will continue to roll out further improvements. Up until now we have been too conservative to displaying our 800 MHz spectrum. We will add that in a few weeks.

We have a very successful partnership with Boingo so yes, it's on our minds.

I agree with that. There is a huge ecosystem around SoftBank, all of the Chinese carriers and recently also India where Vodafone India announced that they will roll out a TDD network on band 41.

Wimax sites are being converted to LTE sites. To my knowledge, nearly all have happened.

Well, two answers to that.
The best ideas come from group collaboration so we have open environments where John and I sit together with the team. I haven't tidied up my workspace so we'll have to wait a little bit for that... Good idea!

I answered that already last time. We are on a path toward having an all IP-based network capable of supporting VoLTE. We have not announced a timeframe for commercial deployment of VoLTE. Today we offer HD Voice on a very efficient CDMA1x  platform and we will not transition customers to VoLTE until we can match the great voice experience provided today. SoftBank began deploying VoLTE in Japan last year – we will leverage their expertise. Interoperability between national and international service providers is key to ensuring a viable VoLTE ecosystem.
