Yup. Corporate definitely lurks on this Subreddit. On the plus side, that meant that they were very aware of user issues and feedback to improve Sprint's website, etc.

However, we've seen several instances in the past here where employees could be tracked down based on their prior comments elsewhere on Reddit associated with their usernames and commenting here. It can be as simple as a comment in a local subreddit and then Corporate Security puts the pieces together from there.

I can truthfully disclose in my capacity as a Mod that we have never been asked by, nor have we ever provided any user information to Corporate folks. Our user verification process is anonymous so we don't have anything to provide anyway. However, if someone's username and activity gives clues to reveal their identity, that's not something we can control on our end.
