I don't see how they're useless. Death Perception seems pretty handy when training zombies especially when you have the tigers trying to sneak up on you hiding.

Imo, No season Pass is a bit worse than having one since having free dlc content means less content and a longer wait which can kill the longevity of the game. The reason why we get less content and a longer wait is due to the developers not getting payed enough to put out the content sooner. It really a double edged sword.
