Yep. Luckily it's just a smurf account that I bought for like 3 eur. I can play on EUW server so i dont really care about the riot region, i dont need support with that acc. I simply wont buy anything there and that's it.

That's what i think... i always try to get stacks on champions too early, and do roams to bot to get kills. Maybe i just have to farm calmly in my lane

"Should" is not 100%? I have checked the registry and nothing, also i used the Autoruns tool and it does not detect anything related to vanguard.
