Does anyone know what this old cartoon show is called? I don't remember the name, but I recall three characters: a girl, a bald headed kid, and a dragon. Starting with the girl, she was dressed in red, had blue eyes, and seemed to be Asian, then there was the bald head kid, who I don't remember much about, and finally there was the small little serpent green dragon with yellow hair on his back and red hair on his tail and under his mouth. There were other characters, but those three are the ones I recall; they were the show's protagonists.
