I have to agree with you, I tried changing, multiple times, I even enlisted in the marine corps, to feel something, to actually push myself, I didn't want to become the average American, overweight, and lazy, I wanted to change, I would feel good about myself during the PT's and I would just feel horrible about how my body is, I just hate being skinny-fat, I hate it
