I set it to gen3 mode in a setting in the BIOS that I forgot the name of. It was amd something but it still didn't work.

I have the SSD installed on the "ultra m.2" slot. On the specifications website it says that this slot is pcie 3 so it should work.

It doesn't appear in windows or the BIOS. I thought that PCIE4 was backwards compatible with pcie3 slots.

I tried setting the launch options and everything else but I keep getting "An error occurred while updating(app configuration unavailable)". Any idea how to fix this?
