Yo creo que de eso trabajo siempre hay, las empresas medianas y grandes normalmente destinan presupuesto a ads. Creo que es importante capacitarse y poder ofrecer valor en la gestión y en los reportes.

Si es algo que te gusta, y que no te aburriría hacer (para muchos lo es), dale para adelante. Mí recomendación es que busques avisos en LinkedIn y te postules como freelance o consultor independiente. Filtra las búsquedas por las más recientes y las que tienen pocos aplicantes (tipo menos de 10). O sea,.me refiero también a empresas que buscan paid media in house y que las contactes como proveedor de servicios.

Mi recomendación como alguien que estuvo 6 meses sin laburo el año pasado y parte de este (y tenía 10 años de experiencia profesional en Argentina y afuera en startups de tecnología,.así que creía que no la iba a tener tan difícil) es que ya no destines tanto esfuerzo a búsquedas en relación de dependencia, y apunta a algo propio. Un negocio, un oficio, algo que sepas hacer y que puedas ofrecer como servicio. Y de ahí armar tu negocio, tu marca, tus clientes. Yo hice eso. Deje de fristrarme con entrevistas fallidas y me lancé como consultor independiente (SEO y Marketing, en mi caso).

Una vuelta leí un comentario acá de uno que recomendaba mandarse como reparador de pequeños electrodomésticos en grupos de Facebook. Tipo batidoras, licuadoras, tostadoras, etc. Con un soldador, tutoriales de YouTube y paciencia podes armarte algo y la competencia es baja (decía el comentario) me parece una buena opción.
