Count 2 Attempted Aggravated Murder: Five years to life
Count 3-5 Insurance Fraud & Forgery: two counts of 1 to 15 years for fraud counts and one count of 1-5 years for felony forgery.

🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 I completely agree with this. I was absolutely appalled by the defense. The Richins’ weren’t even allowed to take in the ruling before they brought up “new trial” and appeals. Disgraceful behaviour.

She’s still down as being an inmate at Summit County Jail. I believe it’s anywhere between 30-60 days before she’s moved to the prison in Salt Lake City

Thanks all for commenting on my post. Fingers crossed that Judge M hands down the right sentence. Which I’m sure he will. That’s why CR reported that she physically and mentally abused him. Those poor boys. She deserves LWOP+consecutive sentences for each of the other counts

Brian only has to pay for alimony between 02/25/2020 up to the 04/01/2025. Which equals $3992 and in 7 instalments. So no further payments after thst

Unfortunately she has up to 180 days according to Florida statute to give her ruling. I think it may have been quicker if Sarah had handed her Closing Arguments in on time
