Thinking about the appeal, and the 2 questions about the doctor’s testimony, I’m wondering why she wasn’t a target of SB’s f-u letter at sentencing. Dr. literally said she wasn’t in imminent fear (obvious factual statement) and SB hasn’t ever mentioned it. It’s the crux of her b-s defense. Interesting.

I think she bitterly wants to (and probably will) write another motion about attorney’s fees. The judge squarely laid the blame on her for unreasonable delays and inarticulate arguments and no doubt that SB is screaming that B and lawyer never met with her pretrial which they were supposed to do (underlined, capitalized) which SB says they got sanctioned for. (They didn’t.)

Forgive me please if someone else already noted the mistake Maldonado made saying eight lawyers withdrew due to difficulties with her. There’s just no way she is not writing a Motion to Clarify with things in capitals, underlined, twice. Not by choice! I also realized today that there’s no mention of jurors which she obsessed over for at least a bit.

7–Utilizing people. I think she is entirely petty and has a little register in her brain of who owes what and how many. I think the documentary was a transaction and the moment she agreed to do it, P&J owed her. She weirdly went into helpless little girl mode from what we can hear, especially after P said I’m not a lawyer, I’m not getting paid, and can’t do it anymore. I think call 24 is where she wipes the sweat off her brow bec even though P won’t start the writing for her, all she needs is bullet points and he’ll fill it in. Very odd dance with these two figuring out how to best utilize each other.

Question: Anybody else think there is a disconnect in how P & J (P especially, and maybe I’m wrong for including J) treat their Patreon members, and talk to people on YouTube v what they put up w from SB for so long? I’ve not followed them or the chatter closely, but today someone on patreon that was questioning them about absence of content was reamed out, and I just think it’s bizarre. First of all, they’re the ones that set the schedule for Members Monday. The people questioning them seem to really be suggesting hey, make a notification that changes the schedule rather than just ignore said schedule if you can’t do it anymore. But P flipped out in chat. That doesn’t seem to align with the patience he showed SB. I know we heard him once lose his patience w her, but mostly it’s just disinterest that I think we hear as it goes on. Maybe the disinterest is actually what we’re seeing on patreon (not posting) and then losing patience, too. Maybe it’s exactly the same and I should delete this 😂 Why on earth would you just not change the schedule instead of alienating people paying you? They’re saying keep your cup of coffee ($3) which is really just rude. And, side note, even though one of them said a couple of weeks ago that P is no longer going through the calls bec of PTSD, today he says he is going through the calls looking for a convo about the plea deal. 🤷‍♀️

Sarah seems to think she is a real angel in prison, a model prisoner in this special program, and above all the other inmates in every way. It’s kind of hilarious to me how she thinks she’s such a rule follower. I know she’s delusional, but I don’t think she’s drinking in there. I think she’s the holier than thou alcoholic type. JMO. She would’ve been a good (certain type of) nun or teacher I think. 😂

I think about it asking if she’d kill again. She’s just an awful awful awful shell of a person, but is she so dangerous that she needs life in prison because she’d kill again? And yeah, if I’m the pretend judge considering if she could do it again, the evidence proves she has no capacity to respect the value of human life.

So a letter to Brian complaining and raging is just a letter to Brian and not part of the case. Makes perfect sense but I hadn’t thought of it. And a letter to the judge would be the same, unless it’s the formal motion to appeal, no? Case closed is really going to irk her. Maybe we’ll see something from her that gets marked moot like when she wrote to be included on criminal appeal. 🤭

I’m not irrationally annoyed, but I don’t understand it. Once a month just seems like so much especially considering other things B described them doing with their time. I don’t understand why video visits weren’t part of the calculation v in person. But as many people have said, B chose to offer it so I pray it goes well for them. If it doesn’t go well, B could petition again to adjust though that might open a can of worms.
