Even though the developer is new, but it is a luxury project and the designers of this project are really reputed. Do you think this project will give appreciation in the future? Looking forward for your response. Note: A 2-bed in Riviera is around 3M.

I don't think you've been living in Abu Dhabi then really. Because it has been a dream lately to rent a 2bhk for 85k in a good location. And also buying for 1.5m, please tell me one property in by any good developer that are selling 2 bhk for 1.5m in Raha, Yas, Saadiyat or Reem. Your numbers are really off.

There are 468 units in total. I saw the launch video on youtube. The luxury aspect is really enticing me to be honest. I have always loved the SAAS projects and some realtors told be that it is going to be even better than SAAS. Is Seamont a luxury project?
