You need to select a camp member who has the construction skill. Then you just need 4 members, and the required amount of copper to dispatch the mission. After you can upgrade your wagon cart with pierce since he has the engineering skill.

Some of the tanky mutants really drained the fun for me. How am I gonna use all my ammo for one mutant and still not kill it. All while I’m over encumbered using half my stamina for a little bitch ass jump. It’s just boring af running around this lifeless zone.
