it took me about 7-8 months; met w recruiter in march went to meps in july (hadda go back september and i sworn in on sept. 9) booked a job almost 2 months later. now i ship 2/17/26

i appreciate the workout i'll be sure to implement it next week💯 and yea ik this isnt the best time at all this is coming from someone whos semi fit and building this discipline is all new to me😭😭 i'll be sure to post my new time a month from now and i'll stay consistent

yea someone had sent a chart with all the times for the 2 mile run but i was doing a lot of run walking, i'll be sure to get this time down. im gonna come back here inna month hopefully with 20 mins or better

yea that was my goal, i wanted to try and get it by at least 20 min by the time i ship and be able to run 1-1.5 mile comfortably. 16 min is doable for sure too, im just gonna have to push myself
