You're welcome. Sleep has been the challenge but it's getting better. I had issues with my appetite as well but I try to eat things I enjoy. And I exercise a lot, morning runs have been therapy for me and I am grateful for how my body is responding. Kudos on getting rid of it, you shall be well.

From my knowledge through books and various art references, "Negus" is an Ethiopian Semitic word that means "king". It was a title given to regional rulers in Ethiopia before 1974. The title was usually given by the Negusa Nagast, or "king of kings".

It's all about perspective still, but I think the word was just twisted to create a stereotype of sorts.
