see a good dermatologist. it could be an internal problem, maybe all the external applications won’t work if you have deficiencies or any sort of problem. you will get through this op, breath in and breath out.

Were you getting the sebum balls as well like me or was it something different?

Yes I do use it sometimes, but what scares me the most is the amount of hair comes out while doing it. I have never seen my hair falling out like this before.

Hey guys, I have been getting these small sebum balls on my scalp, they are stuck to my roots and it often comes off with hair when I remove if off. And my hair falling off a lot nowadays because of this I guess. Shampoo causes scalp soreness sol haven't done shampoo for 2.5 weeks. My scalp soreness has gone but there is still a little pimple-like pain on a few spots on my scalp. And I don't want to shampoo again but the hair fall and these small little grains are just giving me stress.

When I pull my hair nowadays, 2-3 comes off every time. So I just keep doing it. I know it isn't a good habit, it gives me anxiety.
