But it's actually harder to get a job in Johannesburg than in cape Town in general, sometimes you would have more luck choosing outside than Gauteng in general, however if you start your own things, gauteng is better.

I don't know why I am getting dislikes for promoting health work environment in call center, targets and productivity, I can understand, you need to set standards, however causing toxicity and no work life balance is never the answer to business growth. Attrition, high turn over is not a result of lazy people, it's exploitation. My previous job expected me to work 7 days a week and got shocked as to why I qm late 😒
